Our organization is two-fold in speaking to the public: young people in recovery & parents who have lost loved ones to addiction-related deaths. They are real-life local voices sharing their stories and experiences to help to change the perception of substance misuse and addiction.

PRESENTED BY RECOVERY AND PARENT SPEAKERS
Alumni in Recovery and The Black Poster Project have been collaborating since 2019 to bring a powerful connection of grief and recovery. Together presenting an impactful presentation, combining the experiences of individuals who have lost lives to overdose and addiction with the perspectives of speakers sharing their personal stories. Presentations are done alongside the display in Bergen County and other select areas of Northern NJ and NY.
We can help you plan an assembly-style speaking or classroom-style presentation; either option brings an impactful message to your students and community. All members are vetted through our AinR™ Speaker Guidelines and coordinators. Let us know if you have any questions and how we can help you plan a presentation.
