Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may do an exchange. See EXCEPTIONS below.

We are a non-profit corporation. Your generous purchases are critical to funding our mission. As such, we cannot offer returns on purchases but we are happy to do exchanges if you are not satisfied with the item purchased.
To exchange an item, please email Stacy at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all exchange shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your exchange.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Clothing must be unused and in brand-new condition. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
